What you'll do

In this role, you will own the optimization of live operations and support functions for both businesses and workers in Traba's marketplace. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence, directly impacting Traba's customers every day. You will work closely with the Head of Worker Operations and lead a team that is available 24/7, championing their efforts to maintain a seamless marketplace experience. Your role will involve analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
