Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development, particularly with Power BI, and you understand how to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your background includes working with large datasets and creating visually appealing reports that communicate complex information clearly. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform strategy and decision-making. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within business processes. You are also familiar with data warehousing concepts and have experience in SQL for data manipulation.
Desirable
Experience with other BI tools or data visualization platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud data services. Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data management will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and develop business intelligence solutions using Power BI, ensuring that data is accurately represented and easily accessible for decision-makers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance, as well as conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing BI solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the BI practice within Trace3.
