Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including a strong background in test automation. Your knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices is solid, and you possess good programming skills in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or TypeScript. You have advanced knowledge of RDBMS and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify areas for improvement in testing processes.
You thrive in a culture of excellence and high velocity, and you are comfortable taking ownership of tasks related to quality assurance. Your ability to actively participate in design and requirements reviews ensures that features and products are testable and usable. You enjoy working in compact, autonomous teams with short release cycles, and you understand the importance of balancing processes with velocity.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the quality aspect of software development, responsible for work estimates, execution, and task closure initiatives. You will actively participate in design and requirements reviews to ensure that features are testable and usable. Your main responsibilities will include designing and developing both manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
You will plan, implement, and execute testing tasks across different product areas, including database, integration, functional, and UI/UX testing. Analyzing test results will be a key part of your role, as you will identify areas for improvement and recommend process changes as needed. You will ensure that all testing activities are performed according to company standards, contributing to the overall success of the team.
