Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced AML expert with a deep understanding of regulations and their practical application — you are well-versed in industry practices and how competitors apply AML standards. Your familiarity with FIU filing standards and processes, especially in Germany and other European markets, sets you apart. You possess strong stakeholder management skills, initiative, and ownership, enabling you to facilitate local and group initiatives effectively.
Your technical expertise in implementing XML SAR filing is complemented by your proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, and Redash. You are also skilled in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, which you use to prepare management information, generate reports, create pivot tables, and develop dashboards. Your ability to compile, present, and analyze data is crucial for the ongoing operations of the AML second line functions at the group level.
What you'll do
In this role, you will ensure adherence to AML policies and regulatory requirements by embedding best practices in daily operations. You will initiate, own, and drive technical initiatives at both local and group levels, leveraging your exceptional technical expertise. Acting as the Business Intelligence point of contact for AML second line functions in the group, you will support the execution of AML risk assessments and contribute to the overall compliance strategy.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that AML practices are not only compliant but also effective in mitigating risks. Your role will involve continuous improvement of AML processes and systems, ensuring that they align with both local and international standards. You will also be responsible for training and guiding team members on AML best practices, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
