You have experience in customer onboarding and support, ideally within a SaaS environment β you understand the importance of guiding customers through their initial experiences and ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care and precision. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working as part of a team to achieve common goals. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You are adaptable and can handle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Specialist at TravelPerk, you will be responsible for onboarding new Premium and Pro customers onto the Perk platform. You will guide customers through the setup process, ensuring they understand how to utilize the platform effectively. You will provide recommendations to optimize their experience, helping them to streamline their travel and spend management processes. You will collaborate closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition for customers from the sales process to active usage. You will gather feedback from customers to continuously improve the onboarding process and contribute to the overall customer satisfaction. You will also assist in training customers on the platform's features and functionalities, ensuring they feel confident in using the tools available to them.
