TravelPerk is hiring a TechOps Specialist / IT Support Specialist to provide essential IT support and ensure smooth operations. You'll work in Barcelona and contribute to enhancing the company's travel and spend management platform.

Desirable

Experience in a customer-facing role or previous IT support experience would be beneficial, but not required. Familiarity with travel management systems or SaaS platforms is a plus, as is a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.

What you'll do

As a TechOps Specialist / IT Support Specialist at TravelPerk, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all IT systems are functioning optimally.
