What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer on the Cards team, you will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users while aligning with business goals. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints, ensuring a seamless integration of design and functionality. You will also contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines that promote consistency across our products. Your role will involve mentoring junior designers and sharing your expertise to elevate the overall design quality within the team.
