You combine empathy, technical expertise, and sales acumen to build lifelong customer relationships. Your experience allows you to navigate coverage changes, billing questions, renewals, cross-sells, and policy rewrites with ease, ensuring each customer feels informed, valued, and confident in their protection. You thrive in a fully remote environment and are eager to contribute to a fast-growing startup.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective policyholders via phone, email, and SMS. You will ensure prompt, accurate, and personable support on various inquiries, helping customers navigate their insurance needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing complex service interactions, providing guidance on coverage options, and assisting with policy changes. You will also play a key role in the growth and retention engine of Trellis by fostering strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
