What you'll do
As the Personal Lines Insurance Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of agents and supporting their day-to-day activities in a remote call center. You will report directly to the Director of Sales and work closely with your team to drive revenue through effective sales practices. Your role will involve regular coaching and training sessions to enhance agent performance and ensure they meet rigorous goals. You will review reports tracking team performance and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. You will also serve as an expert on agency decisions, guiding your team in best practices for sales and customer engagement.
