TripActions is seeking a Head of Travel Advisory and Community to enhance customer advocacy and travel consultancy efforts. You'll drive strategic deal-making and build influential relationships with enterprise clients. This role requires deep travel industry expertise and strong collaboration skills.

Who you are

You are an influential leader with a strong background in the travel industry, possessing a track record of building customer communities and executive relationships. With your enterprise-savvy approach, you understand the nuances of customer advocacy and have experience shaping go-to-market strategies in complex environments. Your executive presence allows you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, driving impactful outcomes for both the company and its clients.

You have a passion for customer advocacy and a deep understanding of the travel landscape, including critical innovations such as NDC and enterprise-grade deployment. Your ability to turn insights into actionable strategies has been demonstrated through your previous roles, where you successfully elevated customer engagement and satisfaction. You thrive in cross-functional settings, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to create a cohesive enterprise practice.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between customers and various internal teams, ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard and integrated into product and sales strategies. You will lead the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) strategy, enhancing the enterprise travel narrative in the market and positioning Navan as a thought leader in corporate travel. Your responsibilities will include driving customer and prospect events in collaboration with sales and marketing, aligning with EMEA account management for customer attendees, and hosting or liaising with the executive team.

You will be responsible for presenting at key industry events and publishing content that reinforces Navan's competitive advantage. Your role will require you to operate across pre-sale and post-sale motions, deeply integrating into major enterprise opportunities and providing strategic guidance to sophisticated travel buyers. You will also work on building repeatable outcomes and programs that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
