You are a skilled copywriter with a knack for honing a brand voice across creative briefs. You thrive on pushing boundaries to create outstanding work and are comfortable writing copy that resonates with different audiences. Your portfolio showcases sharp thinking and execution, demonstrating your ability to craft smart concepts and clear structures that perform well. You have a love for travel and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that your copy is not only engaging but also polished and error-free.

You possess the ability to flex your tone of voice and approach to connect with various audiences, including CFOs, travel managers, and accounting professionals. When faced with obstacles, you adopt a β€œlet’s figure this out” mentality, showing initiative and resourcefulness in your work. Your experience with SEO copywriting best practices enhances your ability to create content that not only captivates but also drives results.

What you'll do

As a Brand Copywriter at TripActions, you will concept boundary-pushing ideas and build campaigns that stand out in a competitive landscape. You will be responsible for writing across the full customer journey, crafting copy for a wide mix of channels including web, high-converting landing pages, paid campaigns, social media, and lifecycle programs. One day, you might tighten a tagline for performance; the next, you could be shaping the narrative for a new product or a significant brand moment. Your role will involve diving into a complex industry and robust tech, transforming dense information into snappy, smart, and crystal-clear copy tailored for different audiences.

You will collaborate closely with the Navan Creative Team, contributing to the overall brand strategy and ensuring that the voice of Navan is consistently represented across all platforms. Your work will play a crucial role in helping Navan tell a bigger, bolder story as the company scales its brand globally. You will be expected to take initiative, be scrappy when needed, and continuously push the brand forward through your creative contributions.
