Who you are

You have a proven track record in brand copywriting, with experience in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Your ability to define and evolve a brand's voice and tone is exceptional, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with design, marketing, and product teams. You understand the importance of cultural impact in storytelling and can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging copy that drives user engagement. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that every piece of communication reflects the brand's values and mission.

You possess strong leadership skills, guiding teams in the creative process while also being hands-on in writing and editing copy. Your experience includes leading high-profile product launches and campaigns, where you have successfully shaped the messaging and positioning of products in the market. You are adaptable and can move fluidly between high-level concepting and meticulous execution, ensuring that all communications are consistent and impactful.

What you'll do

As the Brand Copy Lead at Replit, you will define and evolve the brand's voice across all communications, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging. You will lead copywriting efforts for high-profile product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring the Replit narrative to life. Your role will involve crafting breakthrough copy for marketing assets, product surfaces, and campaigns that resonate with users and reflect the brand's mission of democratizing software development. You will work closely with the Executive Creative Director to align on vision and execution, ensuring that the brand's story is communicated effectively across all platforms.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team. Your insights will help shape the overall brand strategy, and you will play a key role in ensuring that Replit's messaging is not only engaging but also culturally relevant.
