What you'll do

In this role, you will develop specialized AI microservices that are integral to the company's operations. You will design and build the core logic for task-specific AI agents, ensuring that every service you create is fully integrated with observability and evaluation frameworks. Your work will involve driving optimization-first development, focusing on context engineering and skills scripting to enhance knowledge delivery.

You will lead systemic experimentation, designing and running controlled experiments across different models and datasets to validate your improvements. Collaboration with AI Ops will be crucial as you ensure that your services align with architectural standards and market demands. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of workflows across the organization.
