You have a strong background in Salesforce development, with extensive experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce. Your ability to maintain and enhance existing components with a focus on performance and usability sets you apart. You understand Salesforce governor limits and optimization techniques, ensuring that your solutions are not only functional but also efficient.

You are a technical lead on Salesforce initiatives, capable of translating complex business needs into scalable solutions. Your experience includes owning the full development lifecycle, integrating with third-party and internal systems such as NetSuite, Marketo, and Outreach. You conduct regular code reviews and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high-quality code and smooth deployment processes.

Your familiarity with Salesforce development tools like VS Code and Salesforce CLI enhances your ability to deliver effective solutions. You have experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or high-growth companies, which gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in these environments. Your strong problem-solving skills and clear communication enable you to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience as a Salesforce App Builder or CPQ Specialist is a plus, as is familiarity with project management and stakeholder communication. You thrive in environments that require cross-functional coordination and have a knack for understanding the nuances of business operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the architecture and development of the Salesforce platform at TripActions. You will design and implement scalable solutions that support critical business functions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Your responsibilities will include writing and maintaining unit tests with high code coverage, following test-driven development best practices, and ensuring that all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices.

You will serve as the technical lead on various Salesforce initiatives, translating business needs into actionable development tasks. Your role will involve owning the full development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and ongoing maintenance. You will also be responsible for configuring declarative Salesforce features, such as custom objects, validation rules, and page layouts, to enhance the platform's functionality.

Additionally, you will execute data migration and data loads, ensuring that data integrity is maintained throughout the process. Your ability to conduct regular code reviews and manage pull request approvals will be crucial in maintaining high standards of code quality within the team.
