Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience as a marketing designer, brand designer, or visual designer in a high-growth tech or consumer-facing company — you've developed a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling marketing assets that drive conversion. Your exceptional visual and interaction design skills are complemented by a sharp attention to layout, hierarchy, and typography, allowing you to translate complex ideas into clean, accessible, and visually engaging designs.
You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, comfortably juggling multiple projects while maintaining a strong balance between creativity and performance. You understand when to push boundaries and when to optimize for speed and scale, ensuring that your designs not only look great but also perform well in driving measurable results.
Desirable
Bonus points if you have experience with motion/animation, prototyping tools, or light frontend/UX collaboration — your familiarity with AI products or interest in shaping design at the frontier of travel and technology will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll design high-converting marketing assets across the funnel, including performance ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and onboarding experiences. Collaborating closely with the growth and performance marketing teams, you'll concept, test, and iterate on creative that drives measurable results. Your contributions will help evolve the product's brand identity, visual language, and marketing design system, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand presence.
You will work cross-functionally with product marketing, content, and external partners to maintain a strong brand presence. Your ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs will be crucial as you help build scalable design processes for a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment. Your work will directly impact the success of our marketing efforts and the overall user experience of our groundbreaking AI-powered travel product.
