Your experience includes defining product roadmaps and translating complex requirements into actionable tasks. What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Admin Assistant across the Navan ecosystem. This includes ensuring a seamless integration between travel and expense management tools, allowing administrators to manage their global spend autonomously. You will spearhead the development of the Expense Agent, translating complex policies and integrations into a user-friendly experience. Your role will involve driving product-led growth by focusing on onboarding and adoption funnels for small and medium-sized businesses, utilizing AI to automate processes and enhance user engagement.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product meets user needs and aligns with the overall company strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing the product lifecycle from conception through launch, conducting user research, and iterating on feedback to improve the product continuously. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and ensuring that the product delivers on its promises to users.
