You have a proven track record of leading the design and administration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions, including the architecture and deployment of Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.

You are committed to championing cross-team knowledge sharing by developing and maintaining comprehensive IT documentation and playbooks.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and integrating critical new systems — your expertise will help drive efficiency and innovation across the organization. You will act as a primary escalation point for the most challenging system issues and outages, ensuring that complex applications run smoothly.

You will implement and administer advanced configurations of SaaS tools, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and the Atlassian suite — your hands-on experience will be crucial in providing expert-level support and monitoring. You will lead the design and administration of IAM functions, focusing on the architecture, configuration, and large-scale deployment of SSO solutions.

You will continuously evaluate skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity to ensure that the technical landscape remains robust and efficient. Your role will also involve collaborating with various teams to provide strategic guidance on IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring that they align with the company's growth objectives.
