What you'll do

In this role, you will own the multi-year technical roadmap for the AI Developer Experience toolchain. You will define the architecture for the 'Demo to Prod' pipeline, ensuring that engineers can transition from prototype to production-ready code seamlessly. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing patterns and reusable libraries that uphold the highest production standards.

You will work cross-functionally with teams in AI Ops, Security, and Release Engineering to ensure that the AI-Ex vision is integrated into all aspects of the development process. Your efforts will focus on democratizing the codebase, allowing non-engineers to contribute high-quality code through automated reviews and validation systems. You will benchmark models and tools against clear engineering metrics to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
