You have a solid background in backend engineering, ideally with experience in building production systems that scale. Desirable

What you'll do
As a Software Engineer II at Viator, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems that support our marketplace for travel experiences. You will work closely with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality.
You will also be involved in the deployment process, releasing code to production frequently and monitoring its performance. You will have the opportunity to tackle a variety of technical challenges, from optimizing existing systems to designing new features that enhance the user experience.
