What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the compliance and AML/CTF activities for Owl Payments Europe, ensuring that the organization adheres to all statutory and supervisory requirements. You will design, implement, and manage the regulatory compliance framework, working closely with internal teams to foster a culture of compliance. Your responsibilities will include representing compliance matters before the Board, delivering comprehensive reports and analyses, and liaising with regulators to provide timely updates. You will also oversee the development of training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of compliance obligations and best practices. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining robust compliance standards and managing financial crime risks in a dynamic marketplace environment.
