Your ability to handle employee queries through a ticketing system demonstrates your commitment to providing excellent support to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.

What you'll do

In this temporary, 6-month placement, you will work closely with the business under the supervision of a Senior HR Operations Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day HR operational support, ensuring that TheFork remains an exceptional place to work. You will manage HR data management and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency across HR systems like Workday and benefit portals.

You will prepare variable data for payroll processing in close collaboration with the Payroll Center of Excellence, contributing to the smooth operation of HR functions. Your role will involve engaging with various stakeholders to ensure that HR processes are efficient and effective, ultimately supporting the broader goals of TheFork and TripAdvisor.
