Familiarity with payroll, benefits, immigration, and relocation processes is an advantage, but your willingness to learn is what truly sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the delivery of operational HR lifecycle processes across all countries where Voodoo operates, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes preparing appropriate documentation and ensuring immigration compliance. You will maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements by managing relationships with relevant administrative stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance and updates of employee data in the HR Information System, ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments for any changes in employee status. Your contributions will directly impact the employee experience, making it essential for you to collaborate closely with the HR team and other corporate functions.
