Who you are
You are a recent law school graduate or a current law student with a strong interest in corporate law and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across various teams. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help you manage a high volume of contracts and legal inquiries effectively. You are eager to learn and adapt, ready to take on challenges in a supportive team setting.
What you'll do
As a Legal Fellow at TripAdvisor, you will be involved in drafting and negotiating contracts with partners and vendors, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. You will assist in managing copyright notice and takedown requests, drafting responses, and tracking legal matters related to the Tripadvisor brand. You will work closely with the Legal team to support various legal initiatives and contribute to the overall strategy of the company. Your role will also involve conducting research on emerging legal issues and assisting in the preparation of legal documents and reports.
