What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of machine learning models that power Viator's marketplace for travel experiences. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve user engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include designing experiments to test hypotheses, analyzing results, and iterating on models based on feedback and performance metrics.

You will also mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the overall data strategy of the organization. Your work will involve not only building models but also ensuring they are integrated into the product seamlessly. You will participate in code reviews and help establish best practices for machine learning development within the team.
