Who you are

You have a strong background in data analytics with at least 5 years of experience in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques. Your expertise allows you to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets, which informs strategic decision-making aimed at maximizing revenue and efficiency.

You possess excellent leadership skills and have experience in building and mentoring teams of data analysts. You understand the importance of fostering a collaborative environment where team members can thrive and feel a true sense of belonging. Your ability to recruit and manage a proficient, outcome-driven team is a key asset.

You are data-driven and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that your analyses are accurate and actionable. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a strong understanding of the tools and technologies that facilitate data analysis and visualization.

Desirable

Experience in the advertising or technology sectors is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in digital advertising. Familiarity with ad inventory and bidding strategies will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team.

What you'll do
