You are a detail-oriented Accountant with experience in payroll processing and financial reporting. You have a strong understanding of accounting principles and are comfortable managing payroll for a diverse workforce across multiple entities and regions.

What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end payroll processing for over 400 employees, ensuring that payroll is accurately recorded through journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. You will partner closely with HR and external payroll providers to keep employee data accurate and resolve any discrepancies that may arise. Your responsibilities will also include preparing financial reports and assisting with audits as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Finance team.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, helping to maintain the integrity of financial data. As the business scales, you will have the opportunity to implement improvements in payroll processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the Finance team.
