What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the design and delivery of TruckSmarter’s next generation of AI-native products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and create scalable architectures that meet the needs of our users. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of complex features, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and low-latency. You will mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and architectural clarity. You will also be involved in iterating on product features based on user feedback and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in our offerings. Your leadership will help shape the technical direction of the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
