You are comfortable collaborating across multiple teams, including product, partnerships, compliance, and finance, to drive the success of deposit products. What you'll do
As the Business Operations Manager for Deposit Products, you will own the operational aspects of Rocket Moneyβs existing Smart Savings account and lead the launch of new high-yield accounts. You will be responsible for designing operational processes that ensure the safety and scalability of these products. Your role will involve overseeing partner readiness, managing risk and fraud oversight, and addressing any operational issues that may arise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all deposit products are compliant and financially sound. Additionally, you will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Your ability to navigate complex regulatory environments will be crucial in ensuring that all products meet compliance standards. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of Rocket Moneyβs deposit offerings by building a solid operational foundation for upcoming products.
