What you'll do
As the Product Operations Manager at Tide, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our payment processes. You will work closely with the Product Management team to deliver new features that meet the needs of our SME customers. Your role will involve managing the live production of each product, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will be tasked with identifying operational risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Additionally, you will collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance our service offerings and ensure that our products are aligned with market demands.
