You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with engineering and data partners — you understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration in achieving business objectives. Your experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making enables you to launch experiments that target key performance indicators for measurable impact.

You possess a deep understanding of billing systems and subscription models — you can identify and execute opportunities to optimize revenue while ensuring a seamless user experience. Your ability to define and prioritize a product roadmap based on opportunity size and impact is a key strength.

What you'll do

As a Product Manager at Truebill, you will own the roadmap for the Monetization team, focusing on subscription revenue optimization — you will be the subject matter expert on the billing system, driving improvements in billing rates and user engagement. You will engage closely with the engineering team to determine the best technical implementation methods to achieve customer and business objectives.

You will conduct thorough research to identify product opportunities, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform your decisions. Your role will involve launching well-designed A/B tests that target your KPIs, ensuring that each experiment is aligned with the overall business strategy.

You will also play a pivotal role in shaping the pricing and packaging strategy for Rocket Money — your insights will help define how users engage with their subscriptions in-app. You will prioritize projects thoughtfully, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals to maximize impact.
