What you'll do
As the Junior Product Manager for Billing & Payments, you will own and evolve the end-to-end billing and payment ecosystem at ClickUp. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for users, collaborating closely with engineers to implement technical solutions, including API integrations with various platforms. You will also develop and maintain internal tools, such as a CRM admin dashboard, to support customer service and other teams with essential payment functionalities. Your role will involve gathering user feedback, analyzing data to inform product decisions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the billing and payments process.
