You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in the fintech space, with a focus on consumer-facing products. Your experience includes defining product strategies and successfully launching new initiatives from the ground up. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. You are innovative and enjoy tackling complex problems, always looking for ways to improve and streamline processes. You understand the importance of security and compliance in financial products and are committed to maintaining the highest standards in these areas.
Desirable
Experience with open banking or payment systems is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable using various product management tools and have a knack for translating customer needs into actionable product features. A background in user experience design can also be beneficial, as you will work closely with design teams to create a seamless product experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of Trustly's new open banking-powered consumer card, leading the product strategy and execution from inception to launch. You will define the target market segments and identify key customer pain points that the product will address. Your responsibilities will include developing a data-driven roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and ensuring that the product meets the highest standards of user experience and security. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring the product to market successfully. Additionally, you will analyze user feedback and product performance metrics to iterate on features and improve the overall product offering. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
