What you'll do

As the AI Enablement Manager, you will establish and lead Trustpilot’s AI Centre of Excellence, creating a network of AI Champions throughout the organization. You will design and deliver workshops and training programs that build awareness and confidence in AI among employees. Your role will involve partnering with various teams, including digital, product, data, and procurement, to ensure responsible and cost-effective AI adoption. You will run regular sessions to share knowledge and inspire innovation, showcasing practical applications of AI through quarterly demos. Additionally, you will help develop guidelines for the ethical use of AI, ensuring that Trustpilot’s approach is aligned with its core values and future-proofed against emerging challenges. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the cultural shift towards AI integration within the company.
