You are a strategic architect with a proven track record in performance management and data analytics — you thrive on transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. With experience in building data ecosystems, you understand the importance of a 'Single Source of Truth' for effective reporting and forecasting.

You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Customer Support, Digital Support, and Quality Assurance. Your ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels is a key strength.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the central force behind moving the Customer Experience and Support department from reactive reporting to proactive, predictive planning. You will own the end-to-end reporting and dashboard creation, ensuring that the teams have the insights they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will architect and build a comprehensive performance-data ecosystem that empowers teams to scale and succeed. This includes collaborating with the Insights & Improvement Manager to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
