You are a student or recent graduate eager to gain practical experience in a creative studio environment. You possess strong organizational skills and are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You have a keen interest in understanding how creative workflows operate and are excited to learn about project coordination and stakeholder management.
You are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate documentation and processes. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working with diverse teams across marketing, product, and communications. You are proactive in identifying potential risks and ensuring that projects remain unblocked.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage studio traffic and job flow, ensuring that briefs, priorities, and deadlines are tracked effectively. You will support light project management by creating timelines, chasing actions, and flagging risks early. Your responsibilities will include maintaining documentation and processes, keeping playbooks, templates, and workflows accurate and usable.
You will coordinate with stakeholders across various departments to gather inputs and keep projects moving smoothly. Additionally, you will support social media delivery by scheduling content, managing assets, and ensuring timely approvals. You will prepare status updates and reports for the studio leadership team and handle administrative tasks that keep the studio running efficiently.
