Who you are
You are an experienced Senior Product/UX Designer with a proven track record in leading design strategies for complex features. With a strong hands-on craft, you excel in shaping core customer experiences and workflows, ensuring they align with business goals. You have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and can navigate complex initiatives to improve conversion rates effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to create well-crafted design proposals that clearly articulate your rationale and align stakeholders. Your ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers, enables you to influence product strategy and execution positively. You are also skilled in conducting user research and usability testing, ensuring that the designs you create are grounded in real user needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of the design strategy and execution for high-impact features within the Trustpilot ecosystem. You will lead the design process from initial problem framing through to delivery, ensuring that user experiences are optimized and leverage AI-powered features where applicable. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing user experiences for tools like inboxes and communication experiences, helping businesses manage their reviews efficiently.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that your designs align with product goals and user needs. Conducting user research and usability testing will be a key part of your role, allowing you to gather insights that inform your design decisions. You will also be responsible for creating design proposals that communicate your ideas effectively and help clarify project scope.
