What you'll do

In this role, you will be pivotal in working on large strategic projects within Trustpilot’s Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with commercial, marketing, and customer service teams to identify their needs and develop solutions that enhance their workflows. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Salesforce ecosystem, providing support to users across the organization. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for Salesforce development, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
