You have 10–12+ years of professional, hands-on engineering experience, with a strong focus on building and deploying AI/ML models and systems. Your expertise includes at least 4–6 years specializing in AI technologies, particularly in developing Generative AI applications using techniques like prompt engineering. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to solve complex business problems.
Your background includes experience with multi-agent LLM systems and RAG systems, showcasing your ability to implement cutting-edge AI solutions for major enterprises. You are passionate about advancing AI technologies and are eager to contribute to innovative projects that drive transformative outcomes for clients.
What you'll do
As a Principal Engineer at Turing, you will be a key member of the GenAI delivery organization, working closely with other engineers to develop and implement advanced AI systems. You will lead projects that involve deploying industry-leading multi-agent LLM systems and Open Source LLM deployments, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will involve collaborating with Fortune 500 customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into their workflows.
You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical direction of projects, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development process.
