Turing is seeking a Robotics Engineer to architect datasets for Physical AI. You'll leverage your experience in training foundation models for robotics. This role is remote with travel required.

You have hands-on experience in robotics and a deep understanding of training foundation models — you know the intricacies of how models perform in real-world scenarios and can design datasets that address common failures. Your background allows you to bridge the gap between data collection and model performance, ensuring that the datasets you create are high-value and off-the-shelf for customers. You are passionate about advancing AI systems and have a keen interest in the intersection of robotics and data science. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to work with diverse teams to drive innovation.
Desirable
Experience with synthetic data generation and robot teleoperation would be a plus — you understand the importance of these elements in enhancing the capabilities of AI systems. Familiarity with human motion capture and data enrichment techniques will also be beneficial in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies as the field of robotics evolves.
