What you'll do

In this role, you will own and develop account-related features that drive both growth and user safety across Twitch. You will lead initiatives that enhance the onboarding experience for new users while implementing safety measures that protect existing users. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to identify pain points in the onboarding process and developing solutions that streamline account management. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that new features are user-friendly and compliant with safety regulations. You will also analyze user data to measure the effectiveness of onboarding and safety features, making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve these initiatives. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders across the organization to align product goals with Twitch's broader mission of community empowerment and safety.
