Who you are
You are a Software Engineer with a passion for building innovative solutions that enhance financial systems. Whether you're a new grad or have years of experience, you are eager to contribute to a team that values trust, ownership, and flexibility. You have a solid understanding of modern web technologies and are excited about the opportunity to work with conversational interfaces that automate document collection processes.
You possess skills in TypeScript and React, and you are comfortable working with backend technologies like Node.js and Python. Your experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and BigQuery allows you to effectively manage and analyze data. You are also familiar with cloud platforms, particularly GCP, and understand how to leverage them for scalable applications.
What you'll do
At Two Dots, you will join a dynamic team focused on revolutionizing the real estate leasing industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and enhance our platform, ensuring it serves more customers effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience for housing applications and increase automation rates in the document collection process.
You will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment. This includes writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and participating in team discussions to drive technical decisions. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What we offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $150k - $275k+ per year, along with a comprehensive equity package and full benefits.
