What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Account Management team by managing project timelines and internal stakeholder dependencies across Product, Operations, and Legal. You will play a key role in removing roadblocks to ensure that strategic plans move from concept to execution. Your responsibilities will include auditing and maintaining data integrity within our CRM and tracking systems, which is essential for accurate reporting on partner performance and the health of ongoing projects.

You will analyze operational metrics such as delivery time and menu quality to identify areas for improvement. This will involve collaborating closely with Account Managers to prepare data-backed insights that drive decision-making. You will also assist in the end-to-end launch and implementation of new products and features, ensuring that all initiatives align with partner commitments and expectations.
