Job Description

Who you are

You have over 3 years of experience in sales or account management within a growth-oriented company, demonstrating your ability to engage in solution-based selling. Your decision-making is data-driven, allowing you to quickly identify challenges faced by restaurant partners and provide the necessary support. You possess strong relationship-building skills, enabling you to maintain long-term partnerships with restaurant partners. You are energetic and eager to improve the local community through your work. You are a native Japanese speaker and have a good command of English, with a willingness to improve your language skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring their needs are understood and met. You will work closely with managers and leadership teams to shape the future of the SMB function in Japan. Collaborating with other departments such as operations, marketing, and customer support, you will address challenges and drive solutions. You will be responsible for achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, leveraging your expertise in account management to deliver results.
