You possess strong quantitative skills and a passion for using data to inform decisions — your experience includes designing and executing product experiments, interpreting results, and presenting findings to senior management. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and marketing to develop systems from ideation to productionization.

What you'll do

As a Staff Scientist at Uber, you will be responsible for building statistical, optimization, and machine learning models that enhance our pricing algorithms. You will design and execute product experiments, interpreting the results to draw actionable conclusions that improve product performance. Your role will involve using data to identify opportunities for improvement in the Uber rider experience and overall marketplace efficiency.
