You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present findings to senior management and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your analytical mindset allows you to design and execute product experiments, interpreting results to draw actionable conclusions. You are a pragmatist who enjoys working collaboratively across disciplines such as product, engineering, and marketing to drive system development from ideation to execution.
What you'll do
As a Staff Scientist at Uber, you will lead the design and implementation of new algorithms that enhance the performance of the Ads system. You will build statistical, optimization, and machine learning models for various applications, including auction, bidding, pacing, and ranking. Your role will involve designing and executing product experiments, interpreting results, and presenting findings to inform business decisions.
