Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, particularly in building highly scalable and high throughput systems. Your technical skills include a deep understanding of Java and microservices, and you are familiar with distributed systems principles. You thrive in environments where you can influence both technical direction and community engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a large backend team focused on the Cadence platform, contributing to its growth and adoption across various industries. You will write code to build new features that support diverse use cases and improve the overall user experience. Your responsibilities will include developing and reviewing design documents, enhancing onboarding processes, and improving observability and operability experiences for Cadence.
