Who you are
You have a strong background in market research and data analysis, with a proven ability to design and execute primary market research initiatives. Your SQL proficiency allows you to independently query databases, validating hypotheses and grounding findings in actual user behavior. You excel at synthesizing complex data sets to create comprehensive narratives that resonate with stakeholders.
You are a strategic thinker who can identify market trends and position Uber Ads as a thought leader in the EMEA region. Your experience in client engagement enables you to lead strategic presentations, translating complex methodologies into clear narratives that drive commercial impact. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and customizing insights to address cultural nuances.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the primary strategic insights partner for the EMEA Sales leadership teams, ensuring that research initiatives align with regional revenue goals and go-to-market strategies. You will move beyond reactive reporting to proactive consultation, identifying market trends that position Uber Ads as an indispensable partner to top-tier brands. You will collaborate with Scaled Research Team Leads to leverage global frameworks while customizing narratives for the EMEA market.
You will design and execute primary market research initiatives, including consumer surveys, and synthesize complex data sets to create unique customer narratives. Leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies, you will scale insight generation and pattern recognition processes. Additionally, you will lead strategic presentations with executives and advertising leads, equipping the sales team with data-backed stories that highlight the unique value of Uberβs audience compared to competitors.
