What you'll do

As a Data Scientist II at Uber, you will build self-service technology, including AI agents leveraging GenAI, to enhance the customer support experience — your work will directly impact how customers interact with Uber's services. You will collaborate with various teams to design, implement, and analyze experiments, providing practical insights that align with business goals.

You will work closely with engineering teams to create data instrumentation and improve data quality — your technical expertise will help ensure that the data used for analysis is accurate and reliable. You will apply appropriate analytics, causal inference, and experimentation techniques to derive actionable insights for business partners.
