You possess strong reading comprehension and writing skills, enabling you to connect user inquiries with the right solutions. What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms, including email and phone. You will be a passionate advocate for riders, answering their questions and addressing their concerns with empathy. Your goal will be to turn frustrated users into loyal advocates for Uber by resolving their issues promptly. You will triage issues and escalate them when necessary, ensuring that sensitive safety-related cases are handled with utmost care. Your ability to build relationships with users will be key to fostering loyalty among new riders and re-engaging early adopters.
