What you'll do

In this role, you will drive merchants and delivery partners from sign-up to their first order, actively identifying and unblocking friction points that impact conversion and activation speed. You will own the integrity of Uber’s platform by reviewing and validating identity and business documentation, balancing risk mitigation with commercial efficiency. Your communication skills will be put to the test as you interact with merchants and couriers across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will play a crucial role in influencing merchant activation speed and downstream revenue generation, making your contributions vital to the success of the Delivery business.
